In methodology and results on relation between passengers versus freight part, stationary of time series data is analysed for interpreting the relationship between passenger and freight air transportation. In third and fourth stage models are used for to evaluate reliability factors such as freight, domestic and international flights, classification of aircrafts with the scope of passenger and cargo flights. Next, an overall literature is explained about the business models used in civil aviation. In this paper, high reliability organizations (HROs) are described in the introduction part. So the development of civil aviation industry has been in a gradual trend by the way. Moreover, the absence of comprehensive literature on the Turkish civil aviation industry and its relationship to economic growth perceived in Turkey is encouraged for preparing this paper. After customs area started operating in airports, this unsafety event has been decreased rapidly. Between the years of 1968-1972, 272 aircrafts were hijacked. This trend have increased with using of customs area which is prohibited for unauthorized personnel and uncommercial situations named as apron or rat area (runway apron+taxiways as a customs area) since the beginning of 1970’s. Although this is only a head-and-shoulder view, the artist managed to convey Washington’s impressive six-foot-two-inch frame and dignified bearing.Civil aviation industry has been in a significant growth trend. We see a dignified leader, bathed in a warm glow. Fortunately, the portrait shows none of Washington’s annoyance or discomfort. While working on this image, Stuart chattered energetically to entertain the president, but the chief executive was not captivated by the artist’s witty anecdotes and found the long sessions insufferable. The Vaughan portrait shows Washington facing to his left. Named for their original owners, these rare canvases have endured as our most iconic views of the man who led the newly formed United States. This Presidents’ Day the National Portrait Gallery is pleased to exhibit Stuart’s original “trifecta”-the Athenaeum, Vaughan-type, and Lansdowne portraits.
Washington first sat for the artist in 1795, and the resulting portrait-as well as two subsequent portraits from life-became the basis for more than 100 replicas by Stuart of our nation’s first commander in chief.
